300 Series: 

The Massey Ferguson 300 series was launched in 1986 and ran until 1997 producing iconic models such as the 390 & 399. These tractors ranged from 3 to 6 cylinders producing from 40 to 100 horsepower. The 300 series were produced as an all-round multi purpose tractor designed to fulfil the needs of farmers around this time.

3000 / 3100 / 3600 Series: 

The Massey Ferguson 3000, 3100 & 3600 series came into production in 1986 as a new technologically advanced range of tractors that included an array of different electronic functions, a newly designed cab, earlier models had either a 16 speed or 32 speed Speedshift transmission with the famed Dynashift transmission coming on later models. The 3000 series ranged from 63 to 175 horsepower. Massey ceased production on these tractors in 1997

4200 & 4300 Series: 

Massey Ferguson came out with the 4200 series in 1997 and later with the 4300 series in 2001. These tractors came with a wide range of mechanical gearboxes and power shuttle transmissions. This series was the last to be built in Britain before production of all Massey Ferguson tractors being switched to the AGCO factory in Beauvais, France where Massey Ferguson tractors continue to be produced to this day. The last of this series was built in 2003 but these famous work horses remain indispensable on many farms across the world today.

6100 Series: Introduced in 1995, the 6100 series was made to replace the 3000 series range with the famous Perkins 1006.6 engine or Phaser engine as they are also known, being brought over from the 6 cylinder 3000 models and fitted in all the 6 cylinder 6100 series models. These tractors ranged from 71 horsepower up to 130 horsepower respectively.

6200 Series: The 6200 series replaced the 6100 series in 1999. It brought newly developed upgrades such as front axle suspension and closed centre hydraulics (Load Sensing), as well as more efficient ergonomic controls to improve the operators experience. These models came with 4 & 6 cylinder Perkins engines ranging from 83 to 135 horsepower. Production on the 6200 series ceased in 2003.

5400 Series:

The 5400 series came onto the scene in 2004 replacing the 4300 series. Like the 4300 series, the 4 cylinder 5400 models came with either standard square bonnets or High Visibility (snoopy nose) bonnets to improve operator visibility. These tractors had 16/16 Speedshift transmissions & the rebranded Dynashift transmissions now called Dyna-4. SISU engines became an option in the later 6 cylinder Tier 3 models.

6400 Series: 

Massey Ferguson started producing the 6400 series from their factory in Beauvais in 2004. They continued on many of the mechanical characteristics from the 6200 series while at the same time giving the series a new look around 2007/2008 with their new Tier 3 models which now included SISU engines as well as Perkins engines. The Dyna-6 transmission was introduced to these models and is still being used in Massey Ferguson models produced today. The Massey Ferguson 6400 series was produced for 9 years with production ending in 2012.

7400 Series:

The 7400 series came into production in 2004. Like the 6400 series, These tractors came with either a 6 cylinder Perkins engine or a 6 cylinder SISU engine. This series also saw the introduction of the constantly variable transmission (CVT or Vario) branded by Massey Ferguson as Dyna-VT. These tractors were produced primarily for crop farmers and contractors around the world. The 7400 series ceased production in 2012.

7600 Series:

Massey Ferguson came out with the 7600 series to replace the 6400 & 7400 series in 2013, offering the Dyna-4, Dyna-6 & Dyna-VT transmissions as options. These models all come with a 6 cylinder AGCO SISU Power Engine. A newly designed cab gives more space and visibility to the operator as well as more digital functions.

7700 Series: 

The Massey Ferguson 7700 series came into production in 2015. These tractors are very popular today due to their versatility. Horsepower ranges from 155hp to 255hp with 2 types of engines used in this series of Massey Ferguson tractors, a 6.6 litre & 7.4 litre AGCO SISU Power engine. These tractors come with either a Dyna-6 or Dyna-VT transmission with all models being equipped with closed centre load sensing (CCLS) hydraulics.
