With over 50 years’ experience in the industry, Ned Murphy and sons Keith, Ian and Gary specialise in the sale of quality second-hand Massey Ferguson Parts. Their warehouse based just outside of Enniscorthy, is fully stocked with genuine, new and second-hand Massey Ferguson parts across each series and recent models. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
PAYMENT METHODS AND TERMS
We currently accept all major credit cards including Master Card, Visa and American Express. Credit Card payments are secured by SSL, which encrypts all your data to ensure secure online transactions.
Wallets – payments are accepted from Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Buy Now Pay Later options are also available at the checkout.Â
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated upon the time you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We reserve the right to change the pricing at any time in order to take into account changes in pricing from our suppliers along with any taxes or duties that may be owed or if an error in pricing has been published for the goods in question. In this case, we will inform you directly of the correct price and provide you with the opportunity to cancel your order or to purchase a similar product if you so choose.
Our website features a large quantity of products and despite our best efforts there may be some products that are incorrectly priced. If there is a change in advertised pricing, we will contact you directly before the goods are dispatched informing you of the correct pricing and providing the option to cancel the order or to purchase a similar product.
Goods ordered will be dispatched to customers upon full payment confirmation.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Goods purchased will be dispatched upon receipt of payment and if items ordered are in stock. Delivery of goods will be undertaken by third-party couriers. Cost of carriage or shipping will depend on the size, weight and dimension of the goods purchased. Currently our Standard Shipping Charges are as follows:
Ireland & N. Ireland – €12 via DPD up to 30KG
Mainland UK €35 – FedEx up to 30KG
Europe €55 – FedEx up to 30KG

Please note while our website will give you a shipping cost in the checkout, there may be a difference or increase in shipping price once the goods are packaged for dispatch. We will contact you if there are any changes in the shipping price.
Delivery of goods will be between general working hours of Monday-Friday unless specifically told otherwise by a member of our team. Goods ordered after 12pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday and regarding Bank Holiday Mondays they will not be dispatched until the next working day.
We will endeavour to deliver your goods within a reasonable timeframe, but we cannot take responsibility for delays that may occur within the operations of our third-party couriers.
Our delivery partners will usually be willing to leave items you’ve ordered in a safe place if you are absent but please note we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage sustained to your order because of instructions you may have given for them to be left unattended.
PRODUCTS
The products listed on our website are for display and illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to give a correct visualisation of the products displayed, please note upon receipt, items may appear slightly differently to how they are displayed on our website. The packaging of goods may also differ from what has been displayed on the website.
If your goods are subject to certain conditions, measurements or parameters you are responsible for providing the correct information to us upon placing your order.
COMPLAINTS
All complaints must be submitted in writing to – [email protected] within 3 days of receipt of goods purchased. A member of our team will be in touch with you in due course to resolve any disputes that may have arisen.
 RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to charge a 15% handling charge on items returned for credit for which have been supplied correctly. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods and the goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were sent out. Cost of carriage incurred at the time of initial ordering will not be credited back to the customer.
Online Orders: We reserve the right to refund the customer less the card processing fees when a customer requests a refund due to change of mind or if goods were supplied correctly. This fee amount will be communicated to the customer before a refund is issued.
Goods specially ordered on request from the customer cannot be accepted for credit.
We cannot provide returns or credit for items purchased that are electrical in nature.

WARRANTY
In cases of second-hand goods, we provide a warranty of 3 months upon receipt of goods to the purchaser.
All other products carry a warranty directly from the manufacturer, this may vary from one manufacturer to another. Please contact us – [email protected] for information on warranties from a specific manufacturer.
