We reserve the right to charge a 15% handling charge on items returned for credit for which have been supplied correctly. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods and the goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were sent out. Cost of carriage incurred at the time of initial ordering will not be credited back to the customer.
Goods specially ordered on request from the customer cannot be accepted for credit.
We cannot provide returns or credit for items purchased that are electrical in nature.
